Brief description of the division
Система кабельных и трубных проходов через палубы и переборки является огнестойкой, водонепроницаемой и газонепроницаемой конструкцией
класса H. Система установливается в стальных рамках с различными типами покрытий (S, SO, SF, SFO, SK, SR, SRCr20/40 или SBTB) и размерами No. 1-8 и
их комбинаций. Также могут устанавливаться кабели с металлической броней диаметром до 103 мм. Рамки привариваются или крепятся болтами к
корпусной конструкции, заполняются Roxtec (стандартными или ЕМС) безгалогенными вставками типа RM Modules и уплотняемые сальниками
Roxtec Wedgekit (стандартными или EMC).
Одобрена для стальных трубопроводов диаметром от 14.0 мм до 51.0 мм.
Одобрена для палубных конструкций класса H-60 и H-120 и для переборок H-0 – H-120.
Установку изоляции производить в соответствии с чертежами S1006279, S1008896, S1009999, S1019867, Rev. B, S1505299, Rev. A, S1505300, Rev. A.
Cable and Pipe Penetrations system through decks and bulkheads is a fire-resistant, gastight and watertight construction of
H Class Divisions. The system is fitted in steel frames with different types of coating (S, SO, SF, SFO, SK, SR, SRCr20/40 or SBTB)
and sizes Nos. 1 - 8 and theirs combinations. Also metal armored cables with OD up to 103 mm can be installed. Frames are welded or bolted to a hull
constructions, filled with Roxtec (standard or EMC) halogen free RM Modules and sealed with Roxtec Wedgekit (standard or EMC).
Approved for steel pipes in diameter from 14.0 mm to 51.0 mm.
Approved for decks constructions of H-60 and H-120 Class and for bulkheads of H-0 – H-120 Class.
Insulation installation in accordance with drawings S1006279, S1008896, S1009999, S1019867, Rev. B, S1505299, Rev. A, S1505300, Rev. A.
