Error to export data to IFS and request to add product on the RTD

  1. Export to IFS
    I tried to use "Export to IFS " but I got an email that it has been failed.
    Could you let me know why the the error occur?

  2. I would like to know if you could add some products on the RTD that is not available now.

  • GH 1x1 FL100
  • GH BG 1x1 FL100
  • GH BH 1X1

This seems to be related to IFS and not on Transit Designers end.
I will send some feedback over email.

For the second question, those products could be requested through your BA, so I would refer you to contact your BA TACS team for assistance with this.
