Can I ask why the function of Go-offline in my Thin-client does not work, appreciate if you help me out.
Error code repeats out, c.f. the pic. above, whilst cannot make it for any project given that I choose one though.

We have looked through the logs and think that we have found the issue.
The authentication provider redirects to an avatar service if a user has no profile picture, we suspect the connection fails here.
Can you try and upload a profile picture and see if that helps?
