In Transit designer, how can I active downloading "Certificate'?

There is a menu for downloading of ‘certificates’, however, it’s unactivate.

To download certificate, is there anything I need to do?

When you select the solution, you need to check the “Attach a certificate for this solution” and select a rating. When this is done, you will have the option to download the certificate.
